History
Agent Bruce is a Scottish immigrant, having come to America at the age of 16. He worked his way through the American School system with relative ease. After graduating Valedictorian, he moved quickly to college. He left contented with a PhD in Quantum Mechanics, with a B.S. In Psychology.
However, he suddenly lost direction. In the Land of the Free, there was just to much opportunity to do anything, degree or no. After bumming around for awhile, he found a nice secure job with The Foundation.
